I help busy professionals in the food industry find the answers to life’s perplexing questions using intuitive tools.

I am not a coach, nor am I a therapist. I am a guide on the journey through your Internal Wilderness who can look beyond the surface of a situation and tell you about the players in your life and their hidden motivations, struggles, belief sets and more. I will enable you to see around the corners in situations you find yourself in – and give you a larger picture of what you’re dealing with.  Although I can coach anyone in any profession, my personal affinity is with people in the food industry, because I am a culinarian myself, and spent most of my younger years in the food business.

Our confidential consultation will immediately zero in on the situation that you find yourself in. It will give you insight into the characters in your play and their motivations. Alternate outcomes  will be explored so that you can make choices for your future that work for you.  Additionally in our sessions, we may explore the opportunities embedded there, and lay the foundation for a happier, more peaceful future filled with growth and abundance for you. Consultations usually last between 30 and 60 minutes, but could go longer.  This consultation will serve as a benchmark for further work.  All consultations  include an mp3 audio file of our conversation which will be emailed to you promptly afterward.

GPS Follow-Up Consultations

Follow-Up Consultations are available once after every GPS session in 30 minute increments. Follow-Up Consultations must be booked within 2 weeks of your one-hour consultation, and include an mp3 audio file that will be emailed to you. Spear Fishing

Spear Fishing is is a confidential consultation series designed for people who are highly motivated to deal with their ongoing challenges and on a tight schedule.  Together, we will set up a program of once per month phone calls lasting about 20 minutes each.  We will use that time to focus on very specific situations and their solutions.  Spear Fishing is offered in 4 and 6 month packages.
Spear Fishing consultations are well suited for people in high pressure careers or those going through an intense transition period.
